With 18 years in the outfitting business, Rimrock Adventures offers its
guests a chance to sample a bit of western Colorado hospitality!
Guests will depart on a scenic and informative five-mile, one-hour float trip down the Colorado River (no experience needed; appropriate for all ages and abilities).
On arrival at our riverside dining area, guests will enjoy a delicious beef brisket Bar-B-Q;
and, if it's Tuesday, have the chance to experience a real Old West Rodeo.
Location
One mile south of Fruita,
Colorado, on Highway 340 between I-70 and the Colorado National Monument.
Duration
- Raft trip - one hour
- Lunch or dinner - 45 minutes
- Rodeo
- 2 hours
Food
Guests will enjoy a delicious outdoor Bar-B-Q consisting of beef brisket, chuckwagon beans,
country potato salad, cowboy rolls, dessert, and beverages. The food is excellent
and there is plenty of it.
Departure Times and Dates:
- 10:00 am for lunch trip
- 4:00
pm for dinner trip
- As scheduled, seven days a week from May 1 through September 30
